WELCOME

The MUSTANGS ENDURANCE Group is a part of the Langley Mustangs Track & Field Club and was established in 2018 to provide high performance distance runners a structured and supported training environment to help them continue to improve and reach their competitive running goals during and after their collegiate careers. The MUSTANGS ENDURANCE Group is currently helping many Junior and Senior athletes become nationally and internationally competitive in cross-country, track, road, and marathon racing.

There are several training groups and run clubs throughout Greater Vancouver that offer varying competitive training opportunities for serious athletes. One that provides a focus on middle-distance training – from 800-metres to 3,000-metres as well as up to the 10,000-metre event – is headed by former Trinity Western University coach Mark Bomba.

The group is affiliated with the Langley Mustangs Track and Field Club and they informally refer to themselves as the Langley Mustangs Endurance Group. For a quiet, suburban training club, one may be surprised at the level of athletes that train there.
