Julie Sevsek started running competively in grade 9 she went on to coming in second place at the BC high school cross country championships, and after that compete on the country stage at the Canadian XC championships and place 5th place as a youth. Julie went onto placing 3rd place in the 3000m at the BC high school track championships in grade 10. Julie in grade 11 competed at the XC nationals in Kingston Ontario and placed 13th amongst the best junior women in the country. In Grade 12 Julie placed 3rd at her final BC high school championships and received a scholarship for her high achievements in her athletics and academics to compete at Trinity Western University.



Intro to Running	I joined XC in grade three and continued with running in my future years as it was something I enjoyed and excelled in at a young age.
Other Interests	I am an athlete on the XC and track team at Trinity Western University and am studying to become and elementary teacher. I also enjoy mountain running in my spare time.
